- The POTUS does not manage the country. He has a staff and bureaucracy for that function. Most of his time is spent signing documents, using the phone to gather support and communicate with the people and the Congress, and his normal duties as Head of State.

- the point is the outright phoneyness of this argument that the audience was anti-homosexual. I listened to the tapes over and over a couple of month's ago. There was no booing after the word Gay was mentioned by the soldier. If true, I would be the first to decry those people as bigots and scum.
